Restaurant Les Bombis

I know this place for many years, always a steady good level of cooking. Always a rather mediocre choice of wines, but not bad.Today I went there again, after several months. True, middle of August, not a bunch of employees and mainly tourist visitors, but still. An entrecôte saignante which was almost well done, salty as hell (I love salt on my food, but this). Worst of all, as an apéritif I had a glass of Pouilly Fuissé - turned out to be mixed with water. No excuse here, I know my wine for over 30 years. In short - I will never come back here, even though I will be in the neighborhood many more times. Shame on Les Bombis.

traditional Paris bistro menu. the service was very pleasant because insured by very good students. The boss stayed behind his counter and didn't give up to say hello or even goodbye. It's quite unpleasant. The thigh is well done. It's a faultless and unsurprising.
