We ate very well in this school, the plates were well presented and tasteful. surprising associations but which seduced me. I'm quite in agreement with some who gives the service for clumsy but it's part of the game. Moreover, it is pleasant to be consulted by the teaching team through a questionnaire to be completed at the end of the meal.
a wonderful meal ... flavors and an incredible presentation! servers are very kind. and their teacher is very pleasant the meal was delicious! it was even possible to change the entrance for one of us because intolerant to milk to replace it with a foie gras ... think to book a few weeks in advance
the restaurant is located in the hotel lesdiguières, the service is made by students in restaurants/hotels, it has been impecable. the dishes are excellent and the ratio of quality/price correct. free parking on site.
I recommend this revitalizing but also the hotel. You'll be served by eleves. they learn different food and hotel business. Let's envy these young people! Very good training!
