there is a self-service and a served part. this evaluation refers to the served part of the restaurant. the atmosphere is cozy and familiary (good for a visit with children,) the decor tasteful. the service was friendly, but seemed stressed and partly unskilled. in the later course we have uninhabited waiting to order for long and also waited quite long for our desserts. the food was made from very good (duett von hummer und shrimps) to very moderate (kartoffelstock made from powder.) a dish had to be warmed in the kitchen, it was served too cold. appetizers (diw. salate) and desserts (warmes schokoküchlein, coupe dänemark) were very good. the coffee has tasted, and wind bags were served, which were very tasty. we found the price-performance ratio for the more moderate dishes inappropriate, the service is likely to work a bit more supple, but in the big and whole we had a nice lunch in the ski chalet Schwarzegg.
we were eating there every day during a week in the ski holidays with the whole family. the service has always been, sometimes stosszeit, very friendly and courteous.The selection is great and due to the fact that the coffee and cake has a separate cash box, the guests are very well distributed.I would like to highlight the friendliness in general and the quality of the food.
Die schwarze Egge ist kleiner als die nahe gelegene Rossweid, was sehr angenehm ist, wenn man es über die Mittagszeit etwas gemütlicher haben möchte. Auch das Essensangebot (im Selbstbedienungsteil) ist etwas vielfältiger als im Rohweizen. Im hinteren Teil mit dem Kamin ist es sehr schön.
Ein großartiges Team, eine aufregende Speisekarte und ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Besonders viel Freude bereitet der Service. Die Terrasse wurde wunderschön umgestaltet.
