we ate outdoors in this cute little mat in Sils. The town itself deserves a lot, the lakes, the green, wonderful. To have lunch we chose this place because I remembered the delicious tradition of the bleu cordon. Wide choice in menu, some more classic other more original. I got the one with pear cheese and truffle. my girl one more mountaineer with speck, mushrooms and cheese. Right baked meat and remained wet, panatura that held despite the abundant filling and fries good and without any hint of oil or anything that weighed. Costs from engadin, but not to be dispersed. Everyone speaks very well Italian too and cooks are Italians I think. Recommended! as recommended the trip to sils!
I drive every year at least one to two times into the engadin to sils maria, and the restaurant stüva is one. the service has been the same for years and always friendly, also children are happy to be seen. the card is big and offers a great choice, but my favourite dinner is still the fine cordon bleus that are offered. top. until next time, always happy again and I am already happy.
here you also feel very welcome with children. the kitchen has very good level and also fulfills personal desires after possibility. we were here as a family with two children repeated - both with reservation and spontaneous. we were always very well served. the occasional language problems of service personnel are more than compensated by the ease and helpfulness.
without reservation, the owner kindly greeted me and assigned me a table, although everything was fully booked. I had ordered a wonderful salad, then a trout blue, which was freshly caught, but still quite small. for the evening the portion of me. quality good and a great wein recommendation. the local has a cozy charm.
