Restaurante Aruma de Bolivia

Whenever I have guests in the company with whom I simply want to get a happen, I book in the aruma. so also this day: via the internet is quickly booked a table, by sms is the booking confirmation, which you will then simply show when entering into the restaurant and be led to its table. that I find super!The service is always very friendly; there are good restaurants, and the chef likes to look over and wish a good appetite.I have always been in aruma for lunch and eat the same dish: bolivia classic: “Pique a lo macho”, that are bark strips, swash and tomato sharply roasted with kartoffel and rice. but the restaurant has something special for me that I appreciate very much. I therefore always like to come here again and forgive very subjective four points. but just try it yourself and make yourself a picture. I think it's worth it!

Ich war heute zum Mittagessen erstmals im Aruma. Leider, wie ich feststellen musste, ist es über Mittag sehr hektisch und mit der Mittagskarte (4 Menüs) lernt man das bolivianische Essen halt nicht kennen. Der Wirt, Tito Zeballos, erklärte mir dann äusserst freundlich (!), dass ich doch mal zum bolivianischen Buffet, jeweils am ersten Freitag im Monat, kommen sollte. Tolles Ambiente: An den Wänden sind verschiedene Instrumente, ein Poncho, eine "Cholita" und eine grosse Aruma-Flagge aufgehängt. Service: Sehr freundlich, schnell und persönliche Begrüssung durch den Chef.Essen: Grosser gemischter Salat, riesiges, aber zähes und gädriges Entrecôte mit Pommes Frites > enttäuschend.Preis: Fr. 26.50 > sehr günstig. Allerdings zahle ich gerne etwas mehr, sofern das Fleisch dann auch zart ist.

Wir waren zum Mittagessen im Aruma. Das Ambiente war in Ordnung, jedoch nicht aussergewöhnlich. Das Essen war gut, das Fleisch doch etwas durchzogen. Es war Mittagsstimmung, alles etwas hektisch. Der Service ist jedoch sehr zuvorkommend und der Chef sehr freundlich und liebenswert. Ich würde das Ganze als gut einstufen. Evt lohnt es sich mal an einem Freitagabend beim Buffetangebot vorbei zu schauen.

eating from the Bolivian buffet is good. the special is surely the cozy ambiente and the live music that takes place every Friday
