"Trendy bistro open to the public situated on a golf course opposite the putting green next to the driving range. Accessed by a large car park. Not hard to find although we did wonder where we were going as it would benefit from being sign posted. We had been told it was new and good and we knew we would be in the area on business (visiting the recycling depot). The course entrance is off a pretty country lane in undulating country running parallel with the motorway, it has an entry sign once you are on that lane. Light and airy accessed through an outside canopied dining area with large heaters for chilly days. The only downside is that we got a whiff of smoke from a diner there which I pointed out when asked to fill in a questionnaire by the extremely effervescent and attentive hostess Delphine. Furnished with modern black and white leather seating with hints of grey and splashes of apricot comfortable bench seats, chairs and high stools. The clientele composed of the golfing fraternity, business people lunching and families with children. A proper bar menu is offered at a very reasonable price, we had a snack and a beer. Please note, that for the moment they only serve food at lunchtimes apart from Friday evenings where we were told they have a set menu. You can have a drink at night though as I Imagine would be the club house."
