Rhizomes for all tastes. A beautiful red paritrave, paleron cooked at low temperature for many hours accompanied by many examples of forgotten tubers. Like a potato dessert like I never imagined. We have to try to appreciate it. The water offered with the meal is excellent. Good quality price

One of the best restaurants in Compiègne, and for a reasonable price (especially noon). Fresh and local ingredients. The use of lesser known plants brings an original touch. The reception is also very pleasant. In short, very good experience, I really recommend.
