Ristorante Acquarello

I was in St Gallen on business with a colleague and this restaurant was recommended to us. We were very pleasantly greeted and shown to our table. Everyone spoke Italian and the decor was modern and vibrant. Our waitress was amazing (Gladys!) She was so professional and friendly. She suggested the wines and they were excellent. One person ordered the tagliata and she could choose the knife she wanted to use! That was a 1st for me. Everyone was welcoming, attentive to needs and very hospitable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I'd love to go back!

business friends have invited me to the acquarello for lunch. we were greeted by the friendly staff. next to the actual restaurant you can also sit outside and enjoy the food. the map is clear but varied. my risotto with mushrooms was a pleasure. the prices for lunch are moderate. I'd like to come back.

We had lunch in this wonderful restaurant. Great selection of Italian wines. Fresh products, good quality meat and you have opportunity to chose knife for your steak. fantastic truffle. Service is very attentive and friendly. Will come back here for sure ! Thank you!

very nice menu, manageable and appealing! nice and attentive service and unusual location with different seating options. eat very good!USP: in meat dishes the knife variant can be chosen;)
