Saturday, July 1, 7:15, we're on our way. we find a table ( 201, in front of the ovens) in a full room and from that moment on, the festival begins! a server takes our 4 memory commands (bravo for performance). except that it has to return 3 times (the screen needed to place the order was always busy). Then 30 minutes later comes a salad. for one person (we were 4). After a long time the antipastis we should have had first. to have the pizzas, correct to the rest, 30' waiting. and because: from our privileged situation, we were witness to a total panic: two ovens that did not follow the necessary pace, pizzas for the customers who were leaving in the boxes for the orders to be taken away (servers drew in the stock of pizzas that cooled on the counter, hence endless palabres, tables served incompletely, servers looking for pizzas). brief panic at all levels! I got tired of waiting, and went to the dip and put the dirty plates on our table! A boy then devoted himself to us to serve us quickly our desserts... but he had to wait for another good time before serving them for there was no more. You will think that all this is pure affabulation, yet we have experienced it. It seems that in the week, the restaurant is a good address. then maybe it should be avoided only on Saturday night?.
