We waited for 20 minutes to be served. I got a glass full of ice and they put in some Coke without opening the bottle in the front of me. We said we wanted to pay with Visa card in EUROS. The waiter charged in Swiss francs, without even asking us to put in the PIN!? Illegal machine? HOW can you charge anything on a clients card (especially in a currency we strictly said we didn't wanted to pay in!?) without the clients PIN?! We wanted them to cancel it and charge it in euros, out of principles. The waiter refused it and said his machine didn't have the euro option. He was passive aggressive with us for 10 minutes, then he called the manager. The guy was even more disgusting and asked me in a rude why "what's your problem?!" I kept insisting even when I thought he was going to hit me or spit on me, he was so angry and looked at me with hate. He left, the waiter came back, put our ticket back on the table and said "that's it. No cancellation. Not possible on this machine". So I said I'm calling the police. He went to speak to the disgusting manager again. They were ignoring us for 10 minutes and when I had enough, I went to the next bar to call the police. When they saw me doing it, within 5 seconds they canceled the payment in francs and they suddenly found on the machine the possibility to pay in euros. Oh, and this time the machine DID ask for the pin! What happened the first time?I really don't mind to be robbed in a charmed way, but you can't act like some disgusting pig and expect me to leave it your way. So, just find a nicer place, this one is just not worth it.

Extrêmement bien situé ce café fait sa place sur le bord du Rhône, sans les chichi de son voisin posh Arthur's, mais avec un service efficace et souriant, un choix de thé fort sympathique et dont la marque choisie est une des meilleures du marché.Des coussins confortables et des tables hautes qui permettent d'avoir une vue imprenable sur la rade de Genève et son Jet d'eau

Good location, super service, awesome music, good food and excellent cocktails...the place to be....the terasse is cosy and modern with a nice view...

Très sympa personnel agréable. Ce bar est très bien situé. Cocktails très bon et la nourriture servie était fraîche et agréable.

Such a fun place! Great location, superb cocktails! The best Pornstar Martini I have ever had! Def one of my favourites!
