THIS PLACE IS NOT THE SAME. Look I know we 're currently recovering from a pandemic but this restaurant is not handling it very well. Let 's start with customer service. The lady there was very rude with a very hurry up an eat vibe She made it obvious. I 've been here a bunch of times and that was NEVER the feeling I got so already it 's very bad. Next the cleanliness. I don 't remember this place being so unclean before but it is now. When dining pay close attention to the plates and bowls before putting food in. Also the poor guy cooking looks so exhausted behind the grill (that also looks like it hasnt been cleaned in months) now the price... This restaurants excuse for charging me almost 30$ for one plate of food is inflation... That 's nonsense.. look if you wanna charge a little extra like everyone else then ok... FINE.. but to go from 10-15$ Max out the door with friendly customer service and decent cleanliness... to..30$ on average, Very rude service with food restrictions and rules, Giving the bill 10min after sit down, food that 's been cooked on a uncleaned grill by a man who just looks tired.. yeah that 's how you earn 1 star. I really hope they figure out what there going through, in meantime I 'll be going to Jasmine Mongolian Grill. It 's just as expensive but the staff is pleasant with fresh food, no food restrictions or rules and very clean
I use to come here many years ago, and I absolutely loved it! Hadn't been in many years, and was looking to go catch dinner with a friend, so I recommended we go here... Well, what a mistake that was! The women running the place were not personable at all, and the food was pretty terrible. They overcooked both of my plates, the soup was terrible, and the spring rolls and pot stickers tasted like they had been sitting in the hot holders for a week! Also, it's 20.99 for dinner now, which seems a bit much for the quality of food service. I can't remember how much it use to be, but it definitely wasn't 21 bucks! Unfortunately, I can't say I'll be returning to give it another shot... Just terrible!
The food is better than the rating. It 's the environment that lacks any, um, shred of 'Welcome! ' Fresh veggies, meats, fruits, sauces all cooked to a tasty delivery...but you have to figure out where to go, navigate lots of folks who work there speaking to each other while listening to a static-riddled radio station echoing off of cold walls of nothingness. The food is really good though.
Every time I do an order for delivery they don't read the notes and get the order wrong. I think one time it was right, because I called ahead and told them it was coming. When you pay about $30 for one lunch, it would be awesome if they could read the notes. The food is good though.
