Let me not start on a downer. The food is delicious and my mouth was certainly burning with spice as intended! On the other hand the gentleman that always seems to answer the phone is rude, he never passes the phone onto the manager when...politely requested (maybe its actually him himself even though he claims the manager is not in). Improving on customer service would go a long way as he has now lost me as a customer and who knows who else. Furthermore by all means order from this place if you would like to clean before you eat it. I have really politely asked on many occasions if they could be more careful when driving. Clearly the message never gets taken on board. He is quick to hang up and always says yes yes next time he'll be more careful which is a lie.
I ordered chicken tikka main meal (which like every Indian takeaway comes with salad I didn't receive the salad with this. I rang back to tell them they must have forgotton, which was not a big deal as this has happend on many occasions before,...then they told me they haven't got any. Next time instead of sending half a meal and charging full price, inform your customer that you are out of stock. I would of re ordered and not left this review, but the fact he was rude to me and hung up on me on two separate occasions! Is just plain rude and not very professional. I used this place regularly but I won't be again, they do not deserve customers. The chicken I got was dry and tasted like pure lemon. Never again! Get them trained in customer service.
love Indian food. we visited there yesterday evening (9th july), I must say that eating was really good! I had methi gosht and asked for it to be something more spicy, was no problem for her to do it at all! Just... that they ran out of tears that's strange for an Indian, but I managed to secure another's tear! I was very happy with eating!
They took nearly 2 hours to deliver (late on a Sunday night after they said it would be 50 minutes. When it finally arrived my partner and I were super disappointed with our curries as they were flavorless and bland. Definitely won't be going back.
