Kenne verschiedene Raststätten der Rosenberger-Gruppe und bin sowohl mit dem Angebot als auch der Qualität der Speisen in aller Regel sehr zufrieden. Nicht aber mit dem, was ich in Völkermarkt erlebt habe. Dieses Niveau iliegt weit unterhalb des üblicherweise in Rosenberger-Betrieben gewohnten Standards und ist keine Reklame für diese Gruppe. Schon die Präsentation der warmen Speisen an der Theke ist lieblos und ziemlich unappetitlich. Entsprechend war auch die Qualität beim essen. Für mich nicht nachvollziehbar, wie derart grosse Qualitäts-Unterschiede innerhalb der Rosenberger-Gruppe bestehen können. Ich empfehle der Zentral-Leitung dringend eine Analyse der Verhältnisse in Völkermarkt und diesen Betrieb kulinarisch auf Vordermann auf üblichen Rosenberger-Standard zu bringen. Es dürfte nur zum eigenen Vorteil sein.
I am not naive at all. I am running my own business and understand that if you visit a 'Raststation ' you pay an idiot tax. Fine. We where four of us and had our coffee, cake and softdrinks. We paid the usual high price and than went to the toilet. You pay 50Cent each and get a coupon to be used to buy something. Fine as well. We had 4 coupons worth 2 Euro and wanted the buy some sweets at a price of 3 Euro for it. Sorry, you just can us one coupon for one item f..... We had a bill of 30 Euro for Coffee and cakes. We had to pay for using there toilet and now they don 't accept the 50Cent coupons unless you buy four more things. There are so many other Raststationen at the highway no need to got to Rosenberger! Just pass by the next one is definitely better!
Certainly not the best place for a lunch. The salmon and schnitzel were OK, but our son's spaghetti bolognese was hardly eatable. Toilets could be cleaner.
Dieses Selbstbedienungsrestaurant ist trotz der Autobahn relativ ruhig und nicht zu überfüllt. Die Qualität ist so gut wie in allen Rosenbergs
