Rubio's Coastal Grill

Horrible experience. We ordered two fish taco plates and the fish was cold and tasted SO fishy! I?ve never had this problem before. We also ordered a kids meal for my son with a bean burritos and sides of chips and fries. Our meals came out but my sons did not. Then they gave us a burrito about ten minutes later and said they were waiting on fries. After 25 min we asked again and they gave us fries that were room temperature. No one cared that we didn?t get our order and wouldn?t give us information on our food. There were a couple employees just standing around too, so the fact that they couldn?t put together a small order is astounding. The manager on duty was in the kitchen but clearly did not have a handle on the staff or the food. Everything about the food and the service was absolutely horrible!

Terrible! I ordered the lobster bowl and there were hardly any lobster compared to other locations and I even paid for quinoa and brown rice and it only had white rice. Last few times I ordered the orders are always incomplete. I wish Grubhub had other address because these guys are terrible.

Great food but service was lacking. The drink area was messy and syrups were out. The man upfront was told and he didn't do anything about it or seem to care. The food was very good however.

Great fish buritto and grilled shrimp bowl. They were all satisfying. It reminds me Two Hippies Beaches House ! I will definitely visit again
