This is the worst experience I ever had at any restaurant in my life! I ordered shrimp pasta with a garlic stick the garlic stick isn’t in the platter my pasta is cold as ice as if it just came out of the refrigerator. I also ordered loaded tots was given regular tots which are undercooked not to mention the fact that they gave me about 6. In addition I ordered a lemon cake carrot cake I was only given a lemon cake which tastes as if it’s freezer burned like it may have been frozen then thawed out. I’m not sure what went wrong with this online order tonight but i am Beyond disappointed to have spent almost $60 this is what I received! It may be time to close this location or get a whole new crew that actually cares about the company realizes that customers are the reason they have jobs the company stays afloat. Just my thoughts.
