They can't be more kind. We went to dinner and wanted to try their paella, I explained to them that I am celiac and the lovely waitress bothered to explain and assure me ingredient by ingredient that everything was homemade and gluten free. the rice was very good and very abundant. We will return safely on our next trip to ibiza.
