My husband, myself and our two daughters stopped here in July for a late breakfast/early lunch. We don't speak any German but the hostess was lovely and we easily found something to order. The quiche I had was AMAZING and my husband and the...girls split a bucket of their fried chicken which they enjoyed.I tried the local sweet wine the area is known for and took home a few bottles of Reisling and Sauvignon Blanc. The outside patio has gorgeous views and it's exactly what you want in a winery. I highly recommend! The only sort-of negative was when a local woman came over to our table to tell us that in Austria the proper way to eat fried chicken is with your hands my kids were using knives and forks but it was b/c they get grossed out easily and only want the white meat! Never thought we Americans would be called out for manners

Unfortunately friends and myself only stopped here for a long glass of red wine juice with mineral water. But what a stunning location. This was a step-up from a Buschenschank has they had a licence to serve hot food. There were several people sitting near...us enjoying lunch and the look of their plates of food and the contented comments proved the food was excellent. I checked the menu and daily specials and it was an appetite enhancing selection. They are also a hotel and I will definitely plan to stay there in the near future. An exotic bonus was the infinity pool they have.

Der Sabathihof liegt inmitten der südsteirischen Weinberge. Wir waren "nur" zum Essen dort, man kann aber auch Zimmer buchen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt so auch der Restaurant- bzw. Terrassenbereich, wo wir gegessen haben. Man genießt eine traumhafte Aussicht und sehr, sehr leckere, steirische Schmankerln. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und äußerst freundlich, die Speisen geschmacklich hervorragend. Das nächste Mal werden wir wieder dort essen und die Gastfreundschaft genießen!

Super Aussicht, erst noch bei Vollmond, exzellenten Wein ,feines steirisches Essen, echterSteirisches Servierpersonal nett und herzlich, schönen Ambiente,einfach gemütlich !!!!!❤️

Sind schon einige Male hier gewesen kommen immer wieder gerne.Essen sehrgut alles sehr sauber super Pool und wunderschöner Garten zum sitzen!
