As a loyal customer of Sala Thai, I 've always enjoyed their delicious food and welcoming atmosphere. However, my recent visit left me feeling disappointed. Despite placing my order 40 minutes in advance, it was not ready upon arrival, and there was no acknowledgment or apology for the delay. When I requested an extra container, I was surprised to be met with the response, 'there 's no free lunch, ' which I found rather disheartening. As someone who has frequented this establishment for quite some time, I believe that a more understanding and customer-focused approach could have been taken. While I still value the food quality, I hope for better service experiences in the future.
The food was average and not very flavorful. We had the prow chicken dish and it was warm like it was not freshly made. You can probably find better in this area. Just my opinion.
Lunch in this bright, open spot was delightful. Almost all the tables were filled, and the view was as delicious as the food.
