"I visit my trip between a village west of albacete and my other home at the costa blanca to eat lunch in the small hamlet of villar de chinchilla, which is just from the autobahn a31 to east of chinchilla. I usually have. eaten in one of my favorite restaurants, which is just outside the village, but on my last trip I was on my way with my dog; the day was hot and there was nowhere in shadow for me to leave my car. So I thought I would try the other restaurant that is in the middle of the village, and I had no difficulty parking under a tree. my usual ess place is a typical roadhouse, but this is much smaller and reminds of a village pub (indeed there was a table playing dominoes.) the bar area is divided into two and a half as restaurant. the menu del dia was €10, but coffee was extra. for the money I had a starter of rührei with garnel and spargel; for my main course I chose lammkoteletts and for dessert natillas (homemade custard.) a bottle of alcohol-free beer was included as well as brot. eating was reasonable, the personal friendly, but the toilets were not particularly clean and there was no internet connection. I would eat here again, but only if the other restaurant is full."
