Eigenlijk hadden we bij binnenkomst al rechtsomkeertmoeten maken. Het restaurant zag er uit als een te verlichte stationsrestauratie. De ober was een verklede bouwvakker, die 's avonds nog even bijbeunt in de eetindustrie. Terwijl we net begonnen waren aan de soep stond hij al naast ons tafeltje te bedelen met het hoofdgerecht in zijn handen. Gelukkig nam hij van ons aan dat dit nog even moest wachten. Het voorgerecht soep was op zich prima. Bij het hoofdgerecht, hert, hadden we voortdurend vragen: zijn de slappe spruitjes niet van een paar dagen geleden; is dit nou wildsmaak of proeven we toch iets anders; waarom valt de gekookte rode kool tussen de tanden van je vork door; waarom combineer je wild met gnocchi; waarom strooi je dan ook nog eens broodcroutons over het gerecht. Nu ik deze beoordeling een uur na het eten schrijf blijft het mog steeds binnen, dus dat lijkt goed te gaan. Wat moet ik nog meer zeggen? Oh ja, ik kom hier niet nog eens.
back from basilea and given the heat that waited for us in Italy, we gave up the tunnel and alternatively made the pass of the san goutrdo, stopping us to have lunch in the cool on the terrace of this hotel. I would say it was a nice and healthy experience, we could eat at the self-service but we opted for the outdoor terrace. The quality of the dishes was excellent, the service as well and the atmosphere priceless, therefore all positive; for prices unfortunately the speech changes, we are in Swiss and we must always calculate the average of a 20% more than Italy. It will still be an experience that we will repeat in the future.
Sunday trip on the Swiss Alps, we stopped at the pass of the goutrdo. beautiful view. wide and comfortable rest areas. fresh wind. visit to the museum, really interesting. then stop at the restaurant of the hospice hotel san goutrdo. space spartano and great traffic. nice welcome. menu full of local mountain dishes. dishes of the day. fast and fast service. ossobuco with risotto really good. Ticino wine merlot, good. good selection of desserts. You can come back. moderate prices proportional to the Swiss.
Auf unserer Reise nach Norden sind wir aufgrund eines langen Staus über den Pass geleitet worden.Bei sehr schönem Wetter haben wir auf der Terrasse des Restaurants „Prosa“ eine Rast eingelegt.Sehr nettes Personal (Sandra) hat uns beraten und gut betreut. Essen und Getränke waren gut. Preise o.k. Der Blick von der Terrasse rundete das Gesamtergebnis positiv ab.
