going to the germany, for some years now we anticipate the lunch break before the goutrdo tunnel and not later, because at the highway station of stalvedro the quality of the cooked food at the moment, with also local products and abundance of contours definitely worth the price, moreover in line with those of other highway restaurants. Moreover, the shop is well stocked, there are also handicraft products such as crèfli and the Ticino panettone with mountain butter, a goodness. It is true that they have a Chinese assistant for Chinese customers and this is positive for me, because it directs groups and avoids assemblies to the restaurant. the premises are bright and clean, have to the south of the alps of restaurants on the highway so!! In short: the food is good, freshly cooked also from local produces, the place is clean and full of light, i am happy there's even a chinese assistent for the chinese groups, this helps managing influx at the restaurant. local delicatessen are also on sale in the well-stocked shop. i wish there were more highway like this one south of the alps!
Kurzstopp für einen Kaffee. Wir waren 6 Leute die hier schnell eine Rast eingelegt haben. Alle gingen natürlich schnell auf die Toilette, also 6x 1.-. Finde ich eine gute Idee man kann ja den von danach einlösen. Denkste! Meine 4 Freunde führen gleich weiter und gaben mir ihre Bons. An der Bar wollten wir Kaffee und Gipfeli nehmen und die Bons einlösen. Die zwei arroganten und unfreundlichen Damen sagten dann sehr wirsch, dass pro Person nur 1 von einzulösen erlaubt sei. Das ist eine Frechheit und wir werden wenn immer möglich diese Raststätte meiden.Unfreundliches personal an der Bar schadet allen Mitarbeiter, schade.
Stond uiteraard er weer in de file voor de tunnel en de brandstof was net niet voldoende om Duitsland te halen. Dus toch maar even gestopt en eerst getankt. Daar wordt je in Zwitserland al niet blij van zo duur. Toen maar gelijk naar het zelfbedieningsrestaurant want het was al 21.00.Er was maar 1 gerecht beschikbaar: rijst met gehaktballetjes en wat doorgekookte en verschroeide groente.Nog nooit zo slecht gegeten, was werkelijk verschrikkelijk slecht. En de prijs was zelfs nog erger, 15,90 sfr voor iets dat je bij de IKEA krijgt voor 4,95 euro.Echt een afrader 1ste graad om daar ooit te gaan eten.
Nicht nur die sehr schmutzige und unhygienische toilette sondern auch der service an der bar waren ein totaler reinfall. 4 oder 5 angestellte schwatzten in einer gemütlichkeit, bevor sie einen osteuropäischen landsmann (nach mir gekommen) bedienten. Das essen war maximal durchschnitt. Eine super schlechte visitenkarte für die schweiz!
