The sushi is no longer Japanese. too small and a slightly lean filling. Rice had not been memorable either, a little hard. The shirashi that I took not long ago was any, see bad. The tuna part in a ribbed was unpleasant. the lower belly of another species should not have ended in sashimi so it was fine, fat and silvery. the salmon sashimi should bear the title of salmon carpaccio. and the two urchin sushi. The rice was so dry that the nori stayed it also after 15 min.I had mediocre as a note. I thought there was a bad day. But I'm just... I'm putting horrible, but the shiki is still a good table. But for how long...NB: in comparison with small sushi restaurants in the japon. It's very mediocre. It's the kaitenzushi level at 100 yen. The amount of fish is not there, nor the size of sushi. I paid 24 or 26 euros a shirashi! but or is the quality and quantity for this price? the salmon sashimi had to be cut in two to magnify the visual effect. Ridiculous!
