My experience in Sargo Madrid deserves a solid 4-star review. The food was good, though I think you can find it better in other places in the city. What really caused me was the restaurant atmosphere. The decoration and atmosphere created a cozy and pleasant space to enjoy the food. In addition, the location of the restaurant is convenient and easily accessible. In short, Sargo Madrid is a decent option for a pleasant meal, but if you are looking for a more outstanding culinary experience, there may be better alternatives in the city. The Menu is a bit expensive and overwhelming but the food was really really good! Came for another early lunch on Saturday and the place quickly filled up.
