everything was absolutely fantastic, from appetizers to the last bites! conch fritters were the best I ever had l, including all the top and bottom the keys and the habanero chicken wings and garnelen po' young was excellent, leven the ananas infused coleslaw was fantastic and she got my fries beautiful and golden brown, as I like em! love this place! this location is so from the main road and on a sackgasse, but it is still only a few minutes from the beach and is worth taking the time to look for this place, I am sure glad that I did. there are several different sassy bass owners restaurants with various means of living, including the donut shop, which is really special, I love island grille location from the building to the people to eat, they really have the hole island thing right. many island tariffs that they are beautifully spiced with comfortable inviting seating inside and outside. the shrimp-Po'-Junge was loaded with a beautiful popcorn garnel that tasted fresh from the boat and it sits on a grilled / roasted Cuban brot that actually has a good flavor itself. the cocktail sauce is not special, but the wine sauce is not the usual sweet pickle in mayo, but a real wineic acid sauce, that is important to me because I have been a wineic acid sauce person as long as I can remember. crab cakes are not yet easy to get right, but that do a very good work here with a beautiful balance of seasoning while the plentiful crabs leave the star. the crab sandwich on Cuban brot is very good and they are also offered in stand-own dinners. one of the specials tonight was chicken wing .50 cents (no minimum) and they have a selection of sauces, I tried the mango habanero and yes they were really good, impressed. at another visit my honey got the oyster P'-boy and not only was it delicious, but it was enormous and on Cuban broth she had to take the half home. tje salat was also very good. there is a decent size indoor bar that you can get all your favorite drinks, order them ful meals and a few nice size tvs as well. the workers I met were very pleasant and professional and I was that they welcomed us and although I was too full for the bananenpudding, but I hear that it is good. eating was absolutely unimaginable. I ordered the Jamaican grill and there was a burst taste in every bite. the ambiente reminded me of being on the insane. it was tastefully decorated in an island theme with many colors. there were island music to complete the mood and some of my reggae favorites. the friendly staff with smiling faces has often reviewed us. definitely worth a return trip if I'm ever back in the opposite.
Very nice little restaurant. Came here for dinner. Would liked to have walked around the area during the day. A good excuse to come back. My BF and I shared the Rooster Sandwich and the Paradise Burger. Chicken sandwich was very salty. Burger was delicious. Fries were hot and crunchy and very tasty. Neither of us could finish our fries as the serving was big. Service will was good.
Nathan is amazing. I always get the fish fingers here and they never disappoint. This last trip Nathan made the whole visit! If you are looking for a place with great service, wonderful food and a terrific atmosphere you should eat here.
