I always find filet of turbot hard to resist, so I didn't; and this was delicious with a well-balanced basil and vervaine sauce. I think vervaine can be difficult if overdone, but this was wonderful. My wife's octopus was, if anything, even better. A very warm welcome, and friendly service from the young family who run the restaurant. This is exactly the sort of place I hope to stumble across but hardly ever do.
Really good and unique meal! Menu is short but everything look really good. Same for wine: one choice only in red, write and rose, but we tried the first two and really good. The only area of improvement I see: the athmosphere, could be a bit more cosy, with light music for instance.
What an unforgettable experience! Tastes not experienced before so clever. Smoked Eel (anguille) for the first time superb. Thank you.
