Our eyes were swivelling around spotting all the toys, vinyl sleeves and images from the 60s and 70s upstairs in this gorgeous tea room. Loose-leaf tea served in quirky tea pots and with china cups and saucers. Delicious cakes and friendly service. Make sure you seek out this gem in the back streets of the town down towards the castle. Bakewell topped mince pie was especially good.
Been coming here regularly for years, this was the first time under the new ownership. Service poor to non existent. Completely unappreciative of my custom. Plenty of other cafes in Knaresborough who appreciate your business, go to one of them.
This tea room is fabulous and lovely to sit among all the various memorabilia. There’s a great choice of vegan food, lots of different sandwich fillings and cakes are delicious. Highly recommend Scarlett’s vintage tea room
We ate upstairs 60's and 70's themed) and found the Moroccan soup delicious and had a great toasted seeded falafel sandwich also . Many thanks a really good place to visit .
