Obwohl sie ein Standard-Essmenü haben, haben wir uns entschieden, für das drei Cure-Menü für 45chf zu gehen. sie hatten 3 Optionen für jeden Cursor und wir konnten die Suppe für den saisonalen Kürbis aus dem normalen Menü ändern. die ganze Sache war zu essen. gut vorbereitet und präsentiert. der persönliche war aufmerksam und freundlich. es mag teuer klingen, aber es war ein guter Wert für die Schweizer. wir genossen unsere Mahlzeit. Ich würde das Restaurant jedem empfehlen, der im Hotel lebt.
If you dine their avoid the daily special and take the menu card. The chateaubriand is worth the price. Let the waiter help you with the wines, they had quite a good taste. The cheese plate and the deserts are very good. Sometimes when they...more guests, the service is getting slow because to few waiters/waitresses are around. They are still very polite and nice to you and your children. After the dinner the bar nearby is good place to continue the evening.
Had a very nice dinner for my birthday. We had Hirsch entrecote, Irish entecote Rehpfeffer . They were all excellent. For those who had a little hunger left over they decided to finish up with the dessert platter Schlossteller (heavenly! See picture)
The food was very nice. I had a lovely Stephanstag dinner. Service was very good as a solo traveller I felt welcome and comfortable dining here.
