The Schüpbärg-Beizli is a jewellery country with cozy interieur and very friendly and professional team. we felt very comfortable right now.Team: for the French speaking guest a French card was carefully provided. all others enjoyed the lektüre in a cool glass epesses in the German-speaking version. the service was cordial, well-tuned and pampered us from the apéro to dessert. Lastly, the chef welcomed us personally, which was very pleased to us.Essen:Phantasiefully prepared appetizer salads, butterzarte lammhaxen or perfectly grilled wolfbarsch, with wonderful sweet and starchy society enchanted the whole. especially beautiful for the eye: the careful tasteful mix en place. the dessert card is a manageable mixture of class and own creations. we especially recommend the Schüpbärg-Eiskaffee. the wine card offers an amazingly versatile and qualitatiw convincing selection of Swiss wines. the cornalin to the flesh and sarah’s wissemblage blanc to the fish. a great discovery not far from the city bern. necessarily go. we're coming back.

Here’s right: top quality, seasonal and regional, all freshly cooked à la minute, hot served and simply fine! cozy dining room, nice saeäli, all tiptop clean and loving but simply decorated. very small but very fine card. without reservation no chance on a free table, long ago no secret tip anymore (unfortunate!) but constantly cooked at high level. nice, natural staff in service. the chef, at the same time capo della cucina, you just have to like a very authentic man with a clear presentation of his service. the success gives him right. no sign but very much! our favorite place in and around bern.

we visited the restaurant on request of our mother and were not disappointed! eating, choosing Swiss wines, service and the price/performance ratio was really great! we were just thrilled!Also that the hot and tip cook personally takes care of the guests, is exemplary!We are looking forward to the next visit and recommend to all interested parties to make a reservation in time.

I enjoyed a wonderful lunch with my colleagues today.Everything was perfect from the appetizer to the dessert.The service was very friendly. a honchiker who wet even came to ask if the food was good.We'll come back safely!
