overall really good. spain pool was great for children. the fact that small families and adults are at two separate locations makes it more pleasant for everyone. the outer bubble bath was very nice. the hammam was also an unexpected gem. the recommendation to plan about two hours was not wrong. the time really flies in there. the room was spacious and beautiful with the small balcony for the children. they loved having their own corner and could still call if they needed something. everything was clean and worked and the wood smell made it very “home” restaurant extremely child friendly. very good local food, local weine. our waiter, zoe, was super nice and made our whole family feel comfortable and happy. their recommendations for drinking or eating were really good at what we liked. the menu is very different every day and the half board was absolutely worth it. the staff was so friendly and attentive. from the minute we came to the “playosoph” explain board games, to the people who care about the children in the children club. long story short: very good, we go back.
Great for family and pets. Arriving in our room we found a welcome package for our daughter to include a few toys, a special letter and a child’s robe. They also provided children shower gel and a baby cot. Also we traveled with a dog. For him they had a Blanket, bowl, towel, treats, and a special door tag for when we left him in the room alone. The hotel was immaculate and the pools were amazing. The location is perfect for family hikes, .1 miles away from a trail along a river, and just .25 miles form the lake via the trails. We spent all morning on the trails and evenings in the pools. Dinner was amazing and the had everything for our daughter. We did the full 6 course meals twice become they were so good! The kindergarten was fully stocked with everything and they offered great child activities. We are trying to get back as soon as we can!

beautiful hotel, has the very personal note about it, staff and rooms. the greeting was the warmth I've ever experienced, which has an amazing dame with a great sense of humor. only at the bottom you have to reserve a table in one of the 3 restaurants, they have to be booked solid for a better table that has been allocated for us, than hospitable of the hotel otherwise they can not be happy!
