Scooters Grill - Tisch reservieren

Never ever will I go back to Scooters. Wish this wasn 't true but our waitress was terrible, couldn 't tell you her name because she never introduced herself. I love a good bar burger. My husband 's Philly cheesecake was brought out 10 minutes before, he waited quite a bit for A1. My burger finally came out....so flipping overdone dry. A bar burger should be juicy good. Waitress was blown away that we complained, we had to get our own set ups as she was busy socializing with all the regulars. I have waitressed, you have to work at customer service not just expect everything to be OK without putting effort into it. I feel sorry for this generation.

Food was definitely on point, but service was honestly horrible. Only time we saw server was to bring us out our food, and bring us the check. Took exactly 1 hour and 47 minutes to finally leave. we were all set and ready to leave an hour before that.
