what looks like a promising afternoon tea when I booked, it turned out that it is not that good. eating was excellent except top animal, but to be fair, we are not very creamy mousse and dishes. we had strange scenarios. a single fruit when they run out of the top, we heard the waiter who told a few ladies. we picked up on the parking lot of cars when there was enough space at tables with views. we were told minen for sandwiches etc. mins actually we asked for weinliste, as we ordered a bottle of fizz to go with our afternoon tea. the waiter never came back as soon as the menu left decided, he wanted to chat up two damen buying tee and scene. I had even thought to get a dress and wig on his attention. he laughed and joker with these two us no sandwiches without fizz and then fully ready to go. we finally got his attention and ordered our fizz mins in our arrival in the hotel where I work, we always make drinks before the tee and would order the fizz and open especially if it is a bottle as they want their guests to have a fully serviced spoiled experience. it's the first time in the old one I didn't leave a tip because I'm very hot on it, but this waiter hopefully got a big tipp from the ladies he's been chatting our is saved for our next afternoon tee. I don't want to say that it's because we're an equal sex couple, our waiter service was as poor as this day and I like to think that all except, but we were definitiw badly treated for our afternoon treatment. many thanks to the cook, the food is the only saving gnade

We spent Christmas at the hotel and stayed nights, days and had all our meals in the Seasons Restaurant. I think the restaurant itself is beautiful and when candlelit with a pianist playing throughout the meal and a good cabaret Act for two...hours at the end of dinner it would be perfect for a special occasion. The dining room chairs were very comfortable from which to watch the cabaret which is just as well as the Lounge is small and couldn't accommodate everyone from the dining room. The food was absolutely outstanding and every meal was like that. Not once did the food disappoint even when we tried the more adventurous dishes that we'd never had before. Every meal was superb.Each course was tiny portions artfully displayed but with courses and tasters between main dishes it was more than ample. While we were there the waiting system was hard to comprehend and every meal was served by at least people, you didn't have your own table waiter/waitress. We found this less personal and when we came to tip at the end of the week the waitress we asked was almost surprised that we wanted to leave anything. It went in a screw top jar behind the bar. I think that this system does a disservice to the staff who worked tirelessly throughout the week and deserved a good tip bonus by Friday. It may operate differently outside of Christmas of course.

exceeded our expectations especially at such a reasonable price. this restaurant was awarded with aa rosettes, deserves my opinion after. the course menu, which includes two amuse bouches coffee and petit fours (or of them are in the...hotel), which is what they often pay in a good pub, except that this is far and away better than any pub in which we have ever eaten. if they enjoy fine eating, then they should taste seasons' restaurant.

lunch decorated very disappointing in the tat sa at the table for the demal pianist service in a snail pace....soup brought, even had to wait for a suppen spoon of smoked salmon and a little wilder green as an appetizer. very poor and inferior salmon turkey main ok...but nothing special. partner yorkshire pudding. huge, burned and dry worse and slow service, dirty ladies room, snotty recipeis not getting back

we really loved our meals here during our day stay in this fantastic hotel. very romantic valentine meal with kerzentisch and pianist play. will be returning
