We order from here a good bit. The foods always hot and good. They also have the best salads! We did have one issue where they were out of meatball subs but the website didn't show that. When the food was delivered, I called about the sub missing and was told by the manager Johnny that they were out of meatballs and it shouldn't have charged me. When I put the order in online, the total did include the sub but after the purchase, it did not charge me. However, I was never informed about this so when the food arrived, everyone had their dinner except me.. so I was a little frustrated and hungry lol! Shortly after, Johnny showed up to our door with a meatball sub and some chips that he personally went and picked up for us to make things right. We had no idea he was doing this! And we tried to pay him but he refused to take our money and was so kind and said he just wanted to make it right. It was such a wonderful act of kindness and show of excellent customer service!
Omg, this place is under new management and I highly recommend you try it out. The customer service is chick fila level amazing. I was greeted multiple times, up selling was on point, the entire staff was friendly and genuinely looked happy to be at work. The manager Johnny took my order, offered me a drink and encouraged me to sit down and relax while I wait. I was taking my order home but he convinced me to stay a few minutes and I did. He checked in on me as well as the other tables near. Grabbing us napkins and extra plates. The food was delicious. The wings were sweet but had a kick of spice. My son is a tough critic and he loved the pizza. Served hot, sliced small and the sauce and cheese complimented each other. I highly recommend this location for family night, group sporting events, and outing with the crew, or to grab a quick solo lunch and enjoy being catered to for a few minutes of your day. I can't wait to come back.
I order from this pizza place a lot..this time I wanted to order spaghetti and meat balls and a side salad. The stupid man says I have to order more because it wasn't $16....no it was $15 dollars !!!! Oh no !! You have to order $16 so I'm supposed to buy more !!! They still add their $2.99 delivery fee So what am I suppose to do ???? Order more ??? I told him that I'll find a restaurant that will give me what I want and not deny my food for a lousy $1.00. !!! I have 2 or 3 carry outs that gives me what I want and they are glad for my business..... Seasons is the loser !!
Pretty good pizza overall, I've ordered a bunch of times. They're usually on the slower side when it comes to delivery, but that's fine. I deliver pizza myself and understand how it can be. But yeah their pizzas pretty good, and their pasta is great. Subs are great. Flatbreads are out of this world.
