I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for two nights and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The location of the hotel is simply stunning, offering a picturesque view of the lake. Waking up to such a serene and beautiful sight was truly refreshing. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The hotel's breakfast spread was not only extensive but also delicious. The variety of options catered to all tastes and dietary preferences, and the quality of the food was exceptional. However, what made the breakfast experience even more enjoyable was the service provided by a trainee (dont remember her name). She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and served us with a warm and friendly smile. Her dedication and attention to detail truly made our mornings memorable. Moreover, the view from the room was simply outstanding. Being able to wake up and gaze out at the lake was a treat for the senses. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, but it was the view that truly set it apart. It provided a sense of tranquility and relaxation that made the stay all the more special. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. The location, with its picturesque lake view, combined with the superb breakfast and the exceptional service provided by the trainee girl during the breakfast made my stay truly memorable. Liebes Hotelteam Danke sehr für die erholsamen Tage bei Euch. 5* sind verdient. Zimmer, Frühstück, Bad, Spa alles erstklassig. Auch das Seebad (siehe Foto) ist toll. Die Preise für das Abendessen im Restaurant finde ich zu hoch (auch bei zusätzlich Halbpension). Kann man mal machen, aber nicht für jeden Abend. In Sarnen hat es tolle Restaurant und Pizzeria. Un super Hôtel qui ne paie pas de mine derrière une façade des années 70, vous allez trouver un super spa, un très bon restaurant Thaï et un magnifique buffet de petit déjeuner. Das Personal der Rezeption muss nicht die notwendigen Erklärungen abgeben. Service im Low-End Restaurant für Mittag. Mehrere Fehler in Aufträgen und keine kommerzielle Geste. Chambres vieillottes und keine Flasche Wasser gibt es in der Minibar. Spa Schuhe nicht vorgesehen und bezahlt. Nicht den Preis und die 4 Sterne wert. Zimmer: 2 Service: 1 Ort: 1
