All I can describe my food as is trash! I went when they first opened and at least it was edible. Today I had a chicken sandwich with cold, non melted cheese! My gluten free bun was very powdery for some reason and not edible, I just removed the bun to finish the chicken. It didn’t matter since I only had literally one spec of mayo on the sandwich! My fries went cold in 2 seconds which led me to believe they were already reheated when given to me. They offered 3 packets of ketchup for 2 orders of fries. Mind you I was already there waiting for my order so it’s not as if it was sitting long. Oh my half and half had no evidence of cane sugar in it! Do yourself a favor and go home and fry your own food!! Disgusting!! Really 0 stars
Cute little hamburger restaurant just outside the mall can't beat the food. Enjoyed the French fries and cheese Burger plus a nice Black and White shake. Atmosphere was pleasant and it's nice you comfortably sit inside or outside. Shake Shack also takes care of those with gluten allergies and other medical needs with there menu options. Please go and enjoy your visit!
Food is good, very sloppily put together though. It's also hectic with their ordering system and order pickup. For instance we ordered at the kiosk and then received a text saying our order was up. I went to grab it, having to get past others who were waiting patiently, but it wasn't up...so it looked like I just decided to get in front of everyone.
Always look forward to hitting shack shake when I’m in the area. Milkshake, fries, cheese dip, burgers are all fantastic. Definitely a little pricey but no more than your five guys or comparable burger joint. Nice to have the location outside the mall as well to avoid some of the traffic.
