Well, I have been a LONG time customer of the Masters Pizza in Twinsburg. But apparently they have a new owner as of June 1st, and my first experience with the new ownership is not good. They are getting rid of many things that I liked previously, such as subs (the subs are now smaller than they were before by the way), as well as several other basic options. I was told tonight by an employee that if someone wants a sub, they should go to Subway. There is definitely a change in attitude at this Master's Pizza and I will look for a new pizza place to frequent. Hopefully the new owner of this Master's Pizza will learn quickly that you need to please the customer or they won't return.

The peppadew punch pizza is my favorite pizza I’ve ever had. If you like a bit of heat, get yourself this pizza.
