Sadly I have to rate this 2 stars. The only redeeming quality is the fact that I got a free scoop of ice cream due to it being my birthday, hence the second star. When my party arrived 5 min before me they were told they could not be seated because the whole group was not present, totally understandable. However, they proceeded to seat us at an empty grill and said someone will be with us shortly. The hostess returned (not even kidding 25 min later) and said, sorry, I completely forgot to tell the servers you were here . I was willing to keep trying as she apologized, but then we waited another 20 min so they could conviently wait for another group to show up. Then, you guessed it we waited another 15 min for them to order and get their apps. Now that 1 hour had elapsed, the chef comes to start the food. This food was the most flavorless food I have ever eaten, other than the large amount of oil in the noodles. And most of the steak I could not chew due to the fat and collagen. Next, the chicken had no seasoning at all! So for an hour and a half and flavorless food with poor service I can safely say, just go to Osaka, way better food, service, and fun!
The food was fine! My issue was the portion size. I paid 34 dollars for a scoop of rice a 3 oz piece of chicken and less than 4 oz of steak. Well they did give me 2 pieces of shrimp. I was just expecting more that's all. Money is not an issue to me. Just the portion sizes trust me. I still left a $25 tip. Because I'm about supporting small businesses. But I also know when I'm being ripped off as well. I left the tip because the employee shouldn't suffer because of what the company is doing. I truly believe if you have someone that you love. And they like to cook for you. They're version of what I just had at this restaurant will probably taste way better! Well I'm off to Ihop because I'm still hungry after eating here. I hope this helped you out.
I love this place, it is my way in sushi restaurant for their wonderful quality and amazing eating. but the one time I order online, my order was messed up. I ordered the Yaum roll that should not have spicy mayo on him, but it was there. it seems small, but I love the rubber roll and I don't like a spicy mayo, so it's my go-to-sushi roll. please pay attention to their online orders!
My favorite roll is the Four Seasons Roll. This restaurant gives the best in class customer service and their chefs know how to cook Japanese Sushi Rolls and meals. I'll be back time and time again.
