Amazing first experience with omikasi! The service was impeccable and the staff was very friendly. Make sure to make reservations at the bar so you can observe how the cooks prepare the dishes. My only handle was that there were tablets that block the view of some angles. The restaurant itself was consistently busy. The waiters described every court brought into every detail. The fish was super fresh and paired very nice with a certain sauce. Unfortunately, there were so many dishes, I couldn't remember all the names. If I look back at the pictures, I want more back. You will definitely leave a full stomach and worth the price. The restaurant itself is located in the very sweet town of Ridgewood. After you eat, you can walk around. Many sweet shops, cafes and desserts. We had no problems finding parking. Make sure you place your name on the email list to get a free omikasi for your birthday!
Absolutely spectacular sushi. The quality of the fish was incredible. The variety was what you would expect from a first-class restaurant. Perfect sushi rice. While everything was unbelievable, the cones stood me.... Warm rice, cold fish, crisp nori....Perfection. Not cheap. Every penny worth it. If you're in real sushi, this is here.... If you are in the goopy saucy crunchy Americanized reels where the fish is hidden... This is not the place for you. I highly recommend it. Amazing.
Some of the best sushi I've ever had. My friend and I have the Omakase special and who are very impressed by the quality of the fish and the shrimp that are well paired with everyone. It was also a lot of food, so definitely worth the money. The decoration and vibe were fun, and the waiting staff was all friendly and attentive, which helped further increase the experience. Would definitely recommend
Very delicious place. I sat there for a while before my waiter came by, but then I realized that they do a lot of prep for every guest. I wasn't ignored what I got. The food was very fresh and well prepared. The staff was very friendly and polite. The roles I had were excellent. Ridgewood roll especially. The chicken teriyaki box was excellent. Ery lured with this place and I'll be back.
