When we arrived, we were invited to a sip of pitahaya that was very good and that we thanked for the heat. The letter is different from what they offer you in the area so we ate very well. We asked for the carpacho of lobsters with avocado and papaya, the black cheese roasted with red mojo and the octopus garlic that was very rich. They only have a cod fish that was also good as the pork singlemillo with ticket sauce.

It's been a wonderful evening. We have been treated exceptionally well. We have enjoyed an airy table, with a background of fountain, an interesting selection of Canarian wines, a few pineapple croquettes and very interesting ribs, a brased octopus with oriental sauce and a black rice with ali oli that was the only thing not entirely up to the height but good. A real success.
