Sir Henry Newbolt

We were in the area and needed a spot of lunch and as staunch Wetherspoons supporters, decided to pop into the Bilston branch. The food was very similar to other brnches, well presented ,hot and very reasonably priced. I needed to spend a penny after eating and was extremely impressed with how spotless every toilet cubicle was. Floors,walls tiling etc were all shining, every paper holder was full. It was a pleasure to visit ,eat drink and spend a penny!!

When came here at 11:50 and soors was locked even tho on there door its says open till 1am when trying the door the manager was shaking hes head even tho hes oub was full and was still suppose to be open till 1 and this is not the first time eother its been a few times this had happened also they dont put there wet signs kn floor when mopping as my partner has got nerve damage and slipped and they didnt care

Food was lovely once it arrived and service from the bar was good. However the toilets were disgusting and could do with someone checking them every hour. One had no lights, one there was water everywhere not sure if it was water or urine and 2 we full of **** and couldn’t be flushed otherwise it would have flooded No sure I’ll be returning in a hurry

Everytime we come in all bar staff are extremely welcoming and always polite especially Dan, everytime we come in he always provided the best service which is why every weekend we have pre drinks here

Ordered drinks on app and they sat on bar for 20 minutes until I had to get up and fetch them myself terrible sevice
