Skipolini's - Tisch reservieren

Crammed in like sardines and crazy windy outside. We were put next to backdoor and every time it was opened everything blew each time. This was a business meal and one of us recieved 8 whole frozen cheese ravioli for $19. It was rubber and had zero flavor. Chicken parmesan lacked flavor and over cooked. Tuscan paini was so full of pesto it was soggy and no other flavor. Chicken is either frozen or canned hard to tell considering the pesto was so thick. Sandwich bread was burnt and hard other than inside which became a sloppy soggy mess. Two of the 4 of us were served 10 minutes before the others. They chose to wait to eat making thier food cold. Waitress was attentive until order was taken. We got our drinks and didn't see her until we flagged her down to complain about the ravioli being a child's portion of food for that price. She hardly eats that much but cost wise it's a cheap item to make. Portions for rest of us was OK. Waitress just blew her off and said no it's normal portion and walked away. We spent almost $100 and got garbage food, atmosphere, and service. Food took forever. I get being busy but canned and frozen food doesn't take long. Not happy and sure manager or owner won't reach out but in this economy there's no excuse to not care about customers. As a business owner myself and it being a treat for our group for birthdays one of which was my own 40th it was ridiculous. No we didn't bother bringing it up as we jumped onto Google and saw others have same issues and they go uncared about.

I was not impressed with this place as it was my first time here. Prices are not worth it. I personally had the lasagna, and it was very salty. My wife had the ravioli, which literally was 8 total pieces of what tasted like frozen raviolis for $18.25. I could literally buy a couple packages of raviolis for the same price from costco and make it better. Overall, when we said something to our waitress, she asked if we wanted a different meal and said that was the standard size of the meal. The waitress allowed us to not have very many refills on drinks, and overall, the experience was not good. My group was not impressed, and I doubt I will ever come back.

Chain casual Italian dinning restaurant impresses with solid pizza and diligent service. Prawns and calamari apps were both good. I liked the medium combo pie more than the sausage pie we ordered. But they were both good. Our server Bailey kept us well supplied during the meal. I can't say it's the best bargain pie in town. But the overall package was a winner and we will return.
