When we arrived the place was very busy. We were seated immediately. A young waitress greeeted us and although it was not her section, she offered to get us drinks until the section server could look after us. As it turned out she took our food orders therefore no extra wait. In the end the food was very good, the service was above par. A very satisfying experience. Kudos to our young wairess.
The food was hot and seemed to be fresh. The service was not that great. We waited a few minutes before we were noticed and I didn't receive a beverage refill at all. To be fair to the server, the restaurant was pretty much full. Maybe more staff is needed?
Out of all the tables in our section I believe we were the only table who's order was brought correctly. Our food was the typical smittys fair but we would have liked more coffee and water refills but we were just happy that our food came out directly.
First time here. Would return. Gina as server was pleasant and professional. The portions are generous and suggesting a hollow leg or two is no exaggeration. We had plenty to eat for two (breakfast) for less than $25.
