I guess hard hamburger buns must be a new menu item, for this is what was on my wife 's order tonight. Sonic as a company has just about lost my family and I as customers. Perhaps Whataburger, Burger King, Jack In The Box, et. al. would like my dining dollars. ?Sonic Corporate, don 't bother responding. No, I don 't want to discuss this with the franchise owner, because it is YOUR name on the product, it is YOUR product being sold, it is YOUR reputation that YOU apparently do not care enough about to GUARANTEE the quality of.

I've been here a few times and never had any issues, but the other day I ordered chicken strips and they were overcooked and hard. Even the girl that bagged it looked at them weird knowing they were overdone. It was a little busy but I know it could have been better.
