First of all, the restaurant does not accept reservations for a table with sea view (near glass bay). So you better get here early to choose your table. Then an aperitif was forgotten. staff a little lost when several guests have to choose their menu. the hotel master is very welcoming and smiling, which is not the case for all servers. fortunately that he is there to remove the coldness image of this restaurant that in addition, has a very impersonal decoration (trist, terne, purified, almost spartate). I understand they must be professional in this type of establishment but they could be with a slight smile. with respect to my menu at 40 €, foie gras = I did not feel the taste (by the way, I did not finish my plate, really surprised by the preparation, perhaps a little too sought after and it is not a success) ; lotte = delicious, really exquisite; pastry: good without more. We were 7 people, and on that number, we must admit that 2 are satisfied. 2 out of 7 the score is not famous. It's been twice that we've been testing this restaurant (once we open, and this year), it's over for us.
