This is a small restaurant with food that tastes like Sunday dinner in the house of the grandmother. The food was freshly prepared, served cakes hot, seasoned and generously cut. The pork was very delicate and tasty. I had a very fresh dill cucumber salad and a dish of slightly sweet warm juicy beets. Others in our party had Hungarian goulash with spaetzle and Roulade with spaetzle and beautiful Greek salads. All loved their food and commented on the tenderness of the beef, the fresh spetzel and the freshness of the salads. The portions were very generous and we took food home. The owner/cook and the server were friendly and informative about the food. We will certainly try other items on the menu again.
Food is very good. Owners are very attentive and want to make sure you are satisfied with your choice. Place is very simple and clean, has only (if I remember correctly) 4 tables, so definitely not for large quantities. The beverage menu is limited to a few soda, foam water, water selection. If you are vegetarian/vegan or do not eat red meat, you are quite lucky, but for the rest of us, very tasty end well prepared food! Would definitely come back because I know what to expect there. I'm sure they have more menu options and tables, like time goes up and people ask for it. Thank you.
This is a fabulous little Austrian restaurant. Do not let the naked bones look and some tables fool you. The food is lovingly prepared and very fillable. We enjoyed the carving, goulash and bratwurst dinner. Save space for the Austrian pancake Dessert. Thin than a crepe and served with your choice of jelly filling, along with 3 small cups of ice, chocolate sauce and whipped cream. Simply divisible for 2. Limited hours so check before you go but go!!!
Delicious food. Had the pig carving, pumice frit and sauerkraut. The carving was very authentic in taste and texture. I was recently in Germany and was very happy to find here in the USA near Titusville an equivalent tasting scavenger. I'm going back. The owners and employees were very friendly and attentive.
