Spaghetti Factory Genf

.. Le aspettative non potevano essere elevate. Ma avendo un po' di fame italiana, abbiamo provato da Mario in questa spaghetti factory. Locale molto accogliente. Abbiamo preso Spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino buoni con una ricetta un po' variegata al peperone che non ha disgustato, anzi. Gli spaghetti alla Napoli hanno un po' deluso per l'eccessivo sugo (passata poco cotta), ed un'insalata fuori dal comune con pollo al curry ed ananas, molto buona. Il caffè espresso, richiesto appositamente ristretto.. Non può essere assolutamente eguagliato al nostro napoletano.. Spezzando una lancia a favore, abbiamo notato però che tutti i prodotti sono italiani, acqua, olio, birra.. Quindi promossi, soprattutto per il servizio, cortesia e lingua (visto che l'inglese a Ginevra si parla molto poco, qui invece essendo più turistico si è potuto, anche se ci saremmo aspettati anche un po' di italiano). Bagni pulitissimi. Prezzi nella media del "luogo" ;-) .

We spent one night in Geneva and after looking around decided to eat at Spaghetti Junction. We are 3 families with young kids holidaying together and the staff were so helpful. The waiter guided us on food and wine selection and made excellent suggestions. We sat outside on the patio which is lovely and shaded from the glare of the sun. Personally had the Clams which was delicious and the Cheese cake, all suggested by our waiter.Very highly recommended and the staff also took time out to suggest some great places for us to visit.

Lorsque les touristes suffisent, la qualité diminue et le service ne suit pas !Venu des dizaines de fois dans le passé, mais visiblement la gestion à l'ancienne n'a plus cours: attente de 15 minutes pour recevoir les boissons... plats devenus quelconque et sans saveur particulière...Rapport qualité-prix plus du tout en rapport. Dommage mais au moins c'est clair: pas besoin de revisiter !

Os molhos são excelentes e a massa, apesar de não fabricada no local, cozida ao ponto. O local é muito agradável, na entrada da Vila Velha. Recomendo!
