I get it, the desk clerk is a young woman and that she is in therapy, however, she needs to learn that when a customer is questioning the reservation upon check-in, its NOT all about her but all about the customer and pleasing that customer. She needs to learn customer service and how to de-escalate instead of escalating an issue. So I had to take 2 stars off for service and 1 for the overall review. Check-in was definitely not a good experience and did taint the stay. I suggest management teach her and possibly even mentor her for awhile. The room was clean, quiet and lovely. Slept great. The restaurant there had delicious food (recommend the rib eye with the cowboy butter! and also had great service.

Cabin was very cute and comfortable. Stayed 3 nights for work had to request housekeeping and just a bag of towels was set inside the door. No shampoo/conditioner or soap. Bartender Dylan was awesome. Not worth the price. Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 4

Good food, nice atmosphere. I started here in my last trip to Montana. Will do so again. Rooms: Small, clean and all on the ground floor. Close to everything in town. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value
