First and foremost, this review is not intended to bash this establishment. I would like to start with the positives. The decor of this location is nice, the live music was enjoyable, and the location was easy to find. As a former owner of three fine dining restaurant in the SF Bay Area, this is a message to the owner. Good surviving restaurants are made of two elements: good quality food and good service. Before opening hour, my goal as a former owner was to set clearexpectations with all my employees. My head chef went over the menu with the kitchen staff and servers to ensure they were aware of items that were available, and items that were not available that day. In addition, a servers number onepriority is a table. Water is to be received within the first 2 minutes of the party being seated along a lot arm greeting extending a menu for drinks. Any specialty drinks to be presented at this time or announcing head server by thebidder serving the water. We arrived and we were served water, our table was a bit wobbly, so we asked to be moved. The busser was super kind and attentive. We moved to another comfortable booth by the corner. Our server name was GabriellaP. She appeared to be friendly, and attentive. We first proceeded to place our drink order. She recommended the cucumber martini which was fantastic. She returned with our drinks shortly after, and suggested a few appetizers. We ordered thefried Raviolis. They were okay, but we won?t review on that as my husband is originally from St. Louis, so fried raviolis are pretty different. She came back about 15 min to ask for our entree order. We waited for about 57 minutes, thenGabrielle our waitress, returned to let us know she didn?t have short rib for the tacos. Almost an hour from the time we placed the order. Waiting for an hour to get a status of your food is unacceptable. Kitchen staff, serving staff andmanagement staff should know from the moment of opening the door what?s available and not avail
