I gave my order. And stated the fact that I had an allergy in regards to one of their food items that is seasonal. I asked for them to sanitize the picture. I know from having the allergies that there is a possibility of cross-contamination. It doesn?t help that they didn?t say OK we can sanitize that for you they just said that there would be cross-contamination even if it?s sanitized. Which makes me feel like they don?t want to clean it. Which is a little worrisome for someone who has a severe allergy. but also I try to use my points and I requested that I use my points on my card. To which the card was run and the points were not used and they declared that I needed to tell them that I wanted my point of you. I have never experienced talking to a brick wall like I did at the Starbucks this is why it gets to stars. Communication is amazing especially whenever you treat a customer who has an allergy like they?re a human being and not like they?re a burden. Sidenote when I request that they sanitize the picture they?ll make a note on the drink out of courtesy and so I know that they are on the same level. This individual does not which makes me a little leery to drink the drink that I paid money for. That is disgusting.
