It's ok. The lines are always ridiculously long. My drink is never made the same way every time. Service is great tho. Can we get another location in Lancaster area Please! I hate this dangerously extra long line. Every time I turn in someone is backing out and it causes me to sit on the service road and wait... I've almost been hit twice now and since then I have minimized my trips. Also the bday gift should be a you can get it anytime this week type deal. Not everyone have the luxury of coming up to starbuck the day of!
Sitting here and getting some work done. To be honest I forgot that I was at Starbucks! My first time being here, but yet staff makes me feel welcomed as if I were family. Service was great! Drinks on point. Might not want to go home lol. Thanks Starbucks staff for making my day! Life is already hard enough, but with a good cup of coffee, background music, and getting work done... I really do appreciate the atmosphere at this location.
TERRIBLE PARKING LOT!! Very tight, and most people are driving thriugh to get into drive through. Do yourself a favor and park in the giant parking lot and then walk over. ??Also if you ask for light ice you need to tell them to only use one scoop otherwise they use 3 scoops. That means you don't get very much iced coffee that way.
Easy customer service at all locations from Desoto to Red Oak. No greeting on the pick-up page. They're trying not to look at you. So you don't have to help. If u order online you can simply go and get another order because nobody is watching or helping... Parking: Horrible location
