The staff are very nice and I always get my order to my liking. But the problem is how slow things are. They don't move very quickly and or there aren't enough staff to handle the line. I've often had to come in and them leave because i have somewhere to be and can't wait 10 minutes to get a coffee and food.If the wait times could be improved i wouldn't have a problem.
like most other Starbucks sites. beats are pretty good, drinks are okay. this place mixes my drink. the others that I was to leave it layered so that I must remember mixing it, otherwise the aromes will not be mixed. this place needs a drive thru!
evening nice staff. jack served me today, and he made my day with the great drink he prepared. he comforted me when he found out I had a bad day
